Document special occasions with event photography

From corporate events to galas and award ceremonies, event photography provides a way to document your special occasions. The goal of any event shoot is to capture a variety of both posed and candid photographs of the people and the scenery that make the event memorable.

Preparing for an event requires careful planning to ensure I capture the memorable moments. It’s important that we work together to identify key scheduled items and details, beyond the candid shots.

Event Organizer

Prior to the event, a meeting with you or your organizer will allow me to better understand the event and the story you would like to tell. This allows me to get a picture ahead of time of what the day will look like and to get details on the event agenda.

It’s also important that I get information about the venue ahead of time. Ideally, I will be able to have access prior to the event to identify both opportunities for great photographs, and any environmental items that need to be factored in.

Expectations 

Once I know what’s going to happen at your event and understand the physical environment, we can ensure we are on the same page about what I will deliver.

I will voice any concerns I have identified so we can work together to address them. From there, we finalize the details on the quantity of photos you can expect to receive.
